Hockey Canada Checking Video
Special Thanks to coaches Mike Allen of the 2002 team and Darren Gifford of the 2005 team for stepping up tonight to get some skating in and the checking clinic complete. In the end a very successful finish. In the spirit of learning the game in light of checking I am asking that all participants take a look at the official Hockey Canada video attached to reinforce some of the concepts that coach Allen taught tonight. Not only is it helpful but would have been part of the clinic normally. Thanks, enjoy the video and see everyone Saturday night.
