On March 1, the Vipers are hosting a fundraiser event for the Flood Family, who’s 8 year old son is bravely battling Leukemia. There will be a Hockey Hall of Fame Trophy exhibit available as well as their game against the Strathroy Rockets! As per Section 9.1 of the LMHA Bylaws, the LMHA is calling for nominations to the Board of Directors (must be posted minimum 60 days before the Annual General Meeting).  Voting will take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Vollmer Recreational Centre at 7:00 p.m. Nomination forms must be submitted electronically to the Secretary no later than March 10, 2026 at 11:59pm (15 days prior to AGM as per Bylaw).  Nominations will NOT be received after this date.

LMHA Volunteers devote countless hours of their time and make a positive impact in the lives of young athletes.  Nominate a deserving volunteer for an award so they can be properly recognized for their efforts!  The February 27th deadline is approaching quickly so get your nominations in before time runs out! A typo in the posting for the B Travel Head Coach applications was identified where the form closed on the planned date of February 15th but the article mistakenly indicated March 15th as the deadline. We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic hockey minds to help grow the association within the new Hockey Canada model. For this season, travel Head Coaches will receive a stipend.
