The 06's and families had a great day at Lanspeary. Lots of laughs and some nice saves by new goalies Brady Seguin and that big kid in black.

The 06's decided to have a fun day at the Vollmer on their PA day.

The Atom Minor AA team headed to Lansing Michigan this weekend for the Wendy's Classic. Our emphasis this season was to become a team that passed the puck better than our opponents. Well, at the end of our 4th game the referee made our coaches day. He skated over and told us "that was the best passing game I've ever seen from a 9 year old team" The coaches couldn't be prouder.

In an effort to help teach our athletes about service to our community we will be hosting the "The Atom Minor Team Can Drive" on the evening of Tuesday December 8th.

The Atom Minor AA hockey team is partnering with Ford Canada to provide free test drives of their vehicles on Saturday 22-Aug-15 in LaSalle from 11-2pm at the Vollmer Arena complex. Ford Canada will be donating to our team for every person who comes out and test drives a ford product. It will not cost you anything. There will be NO SALES PEOPLE from ford at the event. Just our team. Just looking for 15 minutes of your time between 11-3pm on Saturday 22-Aug-15.   We would greatly appreciate it if you come by for the test drive.

Parents who want the best for their children will spend hours worrying about try-outs, coaching, equipment, off-ice training, and schedules. Current thinking, however, suggests that the best thing parents can do for their young athletes is re-examine their own attitude (or approach) to sport.
