LaSalle Minor Hockey Association

Family Day weekend was a big one for the LaSalle U11A team as they dominated the MyHockey Presidential Power Play tournament in Trenton Michigan. Despite playing in the 12U Division, the Sabres answered all questions about whether they could handle the older, bigger and more experienced competition.

We’re an experienced non-parent coaching staff that’s always high energy and positive. We put an emphasis on working hard, becoming great teammates and respected members of the hockey community. We have one goal in mind for the 2025/26 season…Championships.  If this sounds like the high level team you want to be a part of then don’t miss out, come tryout for our U16A LaSalle Sabres.  Can’t wait to get started.

Hockey is in my blood. My father played and coached professionally in Europe and in the OHL and is currently a scout for the New Jersey Devils, so hockey has always had a major presence in my life. I grew up playing hockey in Italy, Switzerland and Ontario. My name is Scott Arseneault and I'll be the coach of the LaSalle Sabres U12A team for the 2025/26 season. I've been coaching youth hockey in various capacities for many years - and have been involved with the LMHA's 2014 rep program for the past two seasons (2023/24 - Assistant Coach & 2024/25 Head Coach). My goal for next season is to develop players - both on and off the ice - with a team-first mentality that will ensure competitive success for several years to come.
