Select 7, Travel Teams, 2013-2014 (LaSalle Minor Hockey Association)

Tournament champions again!!  Congratulations to the LaSalle Sabres Select 7 team for winning the St. Thomas Select Classic Tournament.  It goes without saying, the coaching staff is extremely proud of the kids hard work this past weekend. The Sabres were undefeated throughout the tournament going 4-0 with only letting 3 goals against all weekend! The Sabres overwhelmed their opponents and won the Championship game against the Dorchester Dragons 3-0. Way to go SABRES!! Coach Steve

Congratulations to the LaSalle Sabres Select 7 team for winning the 2013 Dorchester Select Tournament. The Sabres were undefeated throughout the tournament going 5-0 and outscoring the competition 27-1. The Sabres team was relentless with their attack and won the Championship game against the home town Dorchester Dragons 5-1. All the kids showed great character and determination and proudly represented the LMHA both on and off the ice. WAY TO GO 2006 SABRES!!!! Coach Steve

Congratulations to the 2006 Select 7 team on their first official Season win over Windsor!!!   Way to go Sabres!!   The team has been working VERY hard during the first few months of the 2013-2014 season and boast a very impressive team record of 9-9-1. Coach Steve

I would like to thank everyone that attended the Select 7 tryouts.   Congratulations go out to the kids who made the final roster.   It goes without saying that the team was very difficult to pick. I definitely encourage everyone not selected to attend the upcoming Novice AE tryouts starting on Sunday night.  Thanks again.   Coach Steve
