UPDATE: ROGERS HOMETOWN HOCKEY SPECIAL EVENTS
Submitted By Webmaster on Wednesday, January 29, 2020
Dear LMHA Members:

Thank you to all who have signed up for the Hometown Hockey Parade on February 23 and the Ball Hockey events on February 22 and 23. There are still spots left so sign up quickly!  For the parade, team signs will be professionally made up so we need to know very soon who will participate in the short but important parade. Let’s get everyone out there! Remember, this is for the whole community, not just the players!

There are other opportunities for your children to be involved in some of the fun activities of Rogers Hometown Hockey. If interested, please e-mail LMHA President Mike Seguin through the LMHA Website under the “About Us” tab in the Board of Directors link. These 4 activities are separate from the Ball Hockey and Parade events. We are looking for the following:

1.     Team (or Teams) to volunteer as Clean-Up Crew. Rogers is providing a $500.00 honorarium to the team or shared by the teams that are involvedHigh school students can claim community service hours!

** 4 players/parents are needed per time slot. Wear your team jerseys! Maybe your whole team can alternate to cover the time slots as follows:

**Event to take place on the outdoor rink

**Participants (3-5 players) will shoot balls towards 5 large holes, representing different amounts of money – players will continue shooting until they reach the sponsorship amount
