LMHA is pleased to announce the return of our popular Friday Night Skills sessions! We are bringing in industry leaders in hockey skill development. For the Fall Session, Proven Performance Hockey will lead player skill development. Goalies will train with Derrick Laporte & Major League Goaltending.

Time: Fridays at 5:30-6:30pm, at Capri Arena, Rink B
Details:
2011 - 2004 birth years, capped at 15 goalies from any Minor Hockey Association
14 sessions with goalie-specific powerskating and station work with goalie coaches

Only 2 blackout dates! No ice on Nov 8 and Dec 6.
