LMHA REFEREE EARNS TOP STUDENT AWARD
Congratulations to Celina Seguin who was recognized out of approximately 100 referees from southwestern Ontario at the training clinic last weekend in Windsor.  She received the following awards:




Ontario Minor Hockey Association
OMHA Windsor Referee’s School
Darrell Ellwood Award
Top Student Award 2017

Presented to: Celina Seguin 

“Presented in recognition of the Official who, during the course of the Referee School, best exemplifies the qualities of Leadership and Excellence in the classroom and shows Outstanding Potential both on and off the ice” 

Darrell Ellwood was a local official for 32 years who started the local referee school with the OMHA back in 2002. This is the second year in a row that an LMHA referee has won this award.
