lot of stress and pressure that can impact their mood and performance
both on and off the ice.
Performance involves both physical and mental health.
Be Game Ready is a free app designed to help children age 10-16 deal with stress and anxiety before and after hockey games. The app was developed and launched as a partnership between The Ottawa Senators Foundation, Do It For Daron Campaign and The Royal Mental Health Centre.
