U11A Sabres Victorious in Trenton Michigan
Family Day weekend was a big one for the LaSalle U11A team as they dominated the MyHockey Presidential Power Play tournament in Trenton Michigan.

Despite playing in the 12U Division, the Sabres answered all questions about whether they could handle the older, bigger and more experienced competition.

Following round robin wins against the Lake Erie Panthers, Downriver Otters, Eastside Tigers, and Dayton Stealth - the team capped off a 5-0-0 weekend with a convincing 3-1 victory against Dayton in the Monday finale.

Goalies Caleb Arseneault (2-0-0, 0.54 GAA) and Felix Banh (3-0-0, 1.79 GAA) led the tournament in wins and goals against average - with Caleb securing the shutout against the Otters on Saturday and Felix coming up big in the championship game with a 24-save performance.

The Sabres showed an unwavering commitment to relentless forechecking, shutdown defence, and a team-first mentality while outscoring their opponents 24-6.

Their offensive attack saw four players finish in the top ten in tournament scoring - led by Serena Luvisotto 2nd (8G/3A), Enzo Tontodonati 3rd (2G/7A), Ben Zajac 7th (2G/4A), and Jack Michaud 10th (1G/4A).

All seventeen players made key contributions throughout the weekend on route to a resounding victory.

Congratulations Sabres on a well-deserved win!
