Police Vulnerable Sector Check Deadline: Friday November 24, 2023
All volunteers over the age of 18 are required to submit a police vulnerable sector check (VSC), which will be valid for three years. In the years where a vulnerable sector check is not required, each volunteer is required to complete and submit the LMHA Police Declaration Form, available
here.
(Example: Year One - VSC, Year Two - LMHA Declaration, Year Three - LMHA declaration). Upon receipt of the VSC and receipt, LMHA will reimburse the volunteer. To submit your VSC and receipt, click

Failure to submit either a vulnerable sector check or, if applicable, the LMHA Police Declaration Form (click
here to submit) by Friday, November 24, 2023 will result in the volunteer being removed from the bench.
