IMPORTANT START OF SEASON INFORMATION
Hello LMHA Members:

The 2022/2023 Hockey Season is fast approaching and our Board of Directors have been extremely busy behind the scenes getting everything ready. We are excited to get this season going. This is a long article but it contains some very important information for the season so please read it in its entirety.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Please remember to follow the R.O.O.T.S. philosophy as we embark on this new season.  Respect each other and the Vollmer Facility.  We are so lucky that we have a Community Centre so close to our homes.  For most of us it is our second home, treat it as such. Disrespect to the Vollmer Facility and one another will not be tolerated.

R.O.O.T.S. = Respect for the Rules, Opponents, Officials,Teammates and Self.

REGISTRATON

Payment is due in FULL before the season starts (after Labour Day). If full payment is not received, players will not be allowed on the ice.  If you are unsure if you have a balance owing or not, please log onto playpay.ca to check your account

Exceptions:

If you have applied for Financial Assistance or have spoken to the Registration Director with regards to a payment extension, your player(s) will be able to go on the ice.

AAA Players – if your child plans on trying out for a AAA team, you DO NOT have to pay right now. Please note that if your child gets released from a AAA team and returns to LMHA, Registration Fees will be due by October 15, 2022

TRAVEL TRYOUT PASSES

Passes are available for purchases through playpay.ca only, we will not except cash.  Please click here for instructions on how to purchase through your playpay.ca account.

HOUSELEAGUE PLAYERS

You will be receiving an email from the Division Director by September 1st as to your evaluation times. House League Teams will not be formed until after travel tryouts (with the exception of the U15 Division)

The U21 Division will start October 3rd, 2022.  Emails will be sent out late September as to what team you will be on.

TRAVEL

Those players that have purchased a Travel Tryout Pass will be eligible to attend the Development Skates, please refer to the dates and times posted on our website under the Travel Tryouts Tab.

VOLLMER CENTRE CANTEEN

Vollmer Centre has hired an outside vendor to run the Canteen. They will have a trial run to see the best times/days that would be beneficial for operating. Please support this, if it is something you want to see more of at The Vollmer Centre.

Sincerely,

LMHA Board of Directors
