U21AA TEAM SURVEY (2002, 2003, 2004 PLAYERS)
LMHA is still pursuing the reintroduction of a U21AA team. We are asking all players born in 2002, 2003 and 2004 that will be interested in trying out in the fall to complete the survey posted on the website, available
here.
In order for this team to move forward we need to see enough players interested in playing complete the survey.
We understand that many in this age group are still pursuing Jr hockey opportunities and those opportunities will not be finalized until the fall. We would still ask for you to complete the survey so we have an idea of your intent to tryout should you be unsuccessful in signing to a Jr. roster.
