VOLLMER COMPLEX CHANGE IN PROCEDURE: ZAMBONI DOORS
Due to several recent close calls, the Vollmer Staff has advised LMHA and the other use groups that the Zamboni doors open will now be locked in the OPEN position while the Zamboni is on the ice.
Should coaching staf/players/parents wish to cross from the stands back to the dressing room side after the game, it is best to make sure you cross prior to the end of the period before the Zamboni doors open up. Once the doors are open and locked, passing through will not be permitted and an alternate route will need to be used.
Vollmer has made this change to ensure that they are keeping up to date with the best health and safety practices.
