As per Section 9.1 of the LMHA Bylaws, the LMHA is calling for nominations to the Board of Directors (must be posted minimum 60 days before the Annual General Meeting). Voting will take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Wednesday, March 30th, 2022 at 7:00pm, to be held via Zoom.
Nomination forms must be submitted electronically to the Secretary no later than midnight, March 15, 2022 (15 days prior to AGM as per Bylaw).
Nominations will NOT be received after this date.
