#21DAYSABRESCHALLENGE COMING SOON
Good Afternoon Players and Families
The LMHA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we have partnered with the LaSalle Vipers, Proven Performance Hockey and Black Stripe Strength & Conditioning to bring our membership a 21-day program that combines hockey skills and workouts for all ages to keep our players active and engaged during the Provincially mandated shutdown period. This program will require limited hockey equipment and is available to our membership at no cost. The program will begin the week of January 9th with new content being posted everyday to our website and social media accounts.
LMHA would like to keep our membership connected through having participants take pictures while completing the daily activities and then posting on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the #21DaySabresChallenge. There will be daily and weekly prize giveaways for players who are participating, including the grand prize of a Lasalle Viper VIP experience package.
