The LaSalle U13AA continued their winning ways over five undefeated games winning the prestigious Riverside Christmas tournament over the home town Rangers in the finals. In front of family and friends they dominated play allowing only seven goals in five games with dominating goaltending by Brady Herman and Daniel Cinelli. For his efforts Cinelli was awarded top goalie honours for the tournament.
A team effort showed the LaSalle depth with nine players contributing to the eighteen goals scored with Ethan Cabana leading the way with five. Overall, twelve players contributed to the team scoring with the back end chipping in three goals. LaSalle displayed some key shoot out goals in overtime including the championship winning snipe from Captain Avery McIndoo.
Shout out to all the parents dedicating their Christmas break to making this Christmas a successful hockey week for the men in blue and gold.
