POLICE CLEARANCE/DECLARATION REQUIRED FOR ALL LMHA COACHING STAFF/VOLUNTEERS
All volunteers/coaching staff require a valid Level 3 Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check.  These are available through the police service where you reside and also can be done online at the respective police service website.

A police clearance is valid for three years (for this season 2019 or newer is acceptable).  Those volunteers with a current police clearance (ie for years 2 and 3) on file with LMHA are required to submit a declaration, available under the "Coaches" tab on the website or by clicking here.

We are reviewing the list of current volunteers to determine the status of their police clearance and whether they need to request a new police clearance or complete the declaration.  We are reaching out individually with that information and expect to complete the review in the near future.  If you are unsure of the status of your police clearance, please contact Mission & Ethics Director by email at [email protected].

For reimbursement, please use the Police Clearance Submission/Reimbursement Request form available here or under the Coaches tab on www.lasallesabres.com.

Some volunteers may be told that they require a letter from the LMHA.  If this occurs, please email the Director of Mission and Ethics at [email protected] for assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation.
