PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING
· If your child has played hockey before and you are unsure of their HCR Number, please DO NOT create a new one, contact [email protected]
· When confirming your home address, do not be alarmed if it says Windsor as your city. Please check that the street address and postal code are correct, the Postal Code is the most important part and determines your home centre. DO NOT request a change if it does not say LaSalle.
· A copy of your child’a birth certificate/passport, proof of residence (parent’s driver’s licence) must be uploaded to the HCR profile. If this is not complete, your child will NOT be allowed to attend travel tryouts and will not be put on a team until this info is uploaded. · RESPECT IN SPORTS for parents must be completed before your registration is accepted and your child is placed on a team. Please click here for instructions. If you have completed this for another child, please follow the instructions on page 6 of the instruction document.
BALANCE OWING FROM 2023/2024 SEASON
If you owe a balance from the 2023/2024 Season, you will not be able to register for the 2024/2025 Season until your balance is paid in full.
AAA / JUNIOR TRYOUTS (ONLY)

Once you have registered with LMHA, please email our VP of Travel, Randy Levac ([email protected]) for a Permission to Skate Form.
NO FEES ARE DUE FOR PLAYERS TRYING OUT FOR AAA / JUNIOR TEAMS.
*** GOALIE INCENTIVE ***
After the success in the first year, LMHA is pleased to offer for the 2024/202 Season 50% off registration for all FULL-TIME U10-U21 GOALIES (including Travel Goalies). Goalies who register for the 2024/2025 will receive their 50% off at time of registration.
Terms and conditions: Goalies must remain as a full-time goalie to retain their 50% Discount. If for some reason a goalie wants to become a player at any time during the season, they forfeit their discount and will have to pay the 50% balance before they are allowed back on the ice. There will be a limit of 1-2 Full-Time Goalies per travel team and 1 Full-Time Goalie per House League team. This will be on a first
come basis. Once we have the number of goalies needed for the season goalie registration will close and any remaining goalies wishing to register will be placed on a waiting list.

SPRING TRYOUTS (for those wanting to try out for one of our A Teams (U10 - U16)
A "Travel Tryout Pass" for A tryouts MUST be purchased through playpay.ca. Once logged into playpay.ca scroll to the bottom and select the correct division your participant will be trying out for. This pass can be purchased/added to your playpay account at any time up until the tryouts start.
Tryout Pass Is $100 this year. This covers costs for A tryouts/2nd entry team and a tryout jersey. The tryout jersey is yours to keep and must be used for the duration of all LMHA tryouts. If this jersey is lost, cost will be $25 for a replacement.
LMHA will be offering 3 conditioning skates per division before tryouts. Cost is $40 for all 3 skates. This is in addition to the travel tryout pass. Please log onto playpay.ca and add the conditioning skate to your account
Please note: If your child makes a travel team, houseleague registration fees, travel fees and team budget costs must be paid. Travel team budgets and fees will be discussed during a team meeting once teams are finalized.
LMHA will be using PlayPay again this year for processing payments. Credit Card, E-transfers and E-Checks will be acceptable forms of payment using this new system. Please click here for further instructions on how to use Playpay.ca
2024/2025 A - TRYOUT REGISTRATION
Registration Cancellation Fees
If cancelling before the season starts, a $50 non-refundable Administration fee will be charged. Please click here to request a refund.
General refunds will only be given between the start of the season and November 1, 2024.
Medical refunds will be issued until December 15, 2024 with LMHA Board of approval and required documentation.
All refunds will be prorated based on the number of weeks the player is on the ice.

Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your refund.
