37th Annual Essex Early Bird Finalists.
The LaSalle Sabres Novice AE Gold Team was is top form all weekend at the Essex Early Bird Tourney.
With wins over Kent, Streetsville and even an OT winner in the Semi final vs. Windsor the Sabres had the parents group and fans on the edge of their seats.
In the finals, the Sabres ran up against The Milton Winterhawks once again. The Winterhawks were the better team this weekend and deserved the championship. The Sabres congratulate Milton and we are hopeful we'll get to play each other again this season.
