Midget Minor Team Meeting: There will be a team meeting with member(s) of the LMHA board of directors on Tuesday, July 9th. Please meet in Press Box A at The Vollmer commencing at 8:00pm.
Prior to this meeting, please visit the LMHA website, and click on "Libraries". From the drop down menu, click on "Team & Coach Documents". Download, print, review and sign, a) Player Code of Conduct, b) Parent Code of Conduct , c) Medical Insurance Form, d) Use of Personal Information. Please bring these completed documents with you to the July 9th meeting.
