    Day 10 - Player - 21 Day Challenge *10 Push Ups, 12 Dips, 20 Mountain Climbers (per side) EMOM= Every Minute on the Minute. There are 5 different EMOM challenges and you will need a timer for these. Each should take 15 minutes and are made up of 5 rounds of 3 exercises. You have 60 seconds to complete each exercise, so 1 round will take 3 minutes in total. Example: in EMOM #1 if it takes 40 seconds to do your push ups then you get 20 seconds of rest before moving on the mountain climbers. Continue this pattern until your 5 rounds/ 15 minutes is up.
