Hello U13 Houseleague Parents!
Many of you took advantage of the (free) skills sessions offerings provided by LMHA the past couple of Friday evenings at the Capri Recreation Center. Hopefully your player enjoyed the additional ice time and skills development.
In continuation of the LMHA-funded Friday (5:15pm and 6:15pm) evening ice - we have planned a fun evening spanning both hours for the U13 division - a SKILLS Competition & All-Star Game Event. Please mark your calendars for Friday, March 4, 2022.The 1st hour (5:15pm start) will be series of fun SKILLS competitions (eg. fastest skater, breakaway challenge etc.). Players will sign-up for their preferred skills competition.
NOTE: Only players who are NOT participating in the ALL-STAR games are eligible for these skills competitions during the first hour (with the exception of goalies).
The 2nd hour (6:15pm start) will be the All-Star game consisting of players selected by their teams / coaches.
Each U13 team will be sending 5 skaters and their goalie.
Hopefully all teammates from the 1st hour will stay, cheer on their teammates / friends and enjoy the game!
You have probably already been communicated about this event by your team's coach but just in case - here are the main details.

* WHERE: Capri Recreation Center (aka South Windsor Arena)
* WHO: Every U13 Houseleague player (either 5:15pm OR 6:15pm)
* WHY: To have FUN of course - and make a memorable event
* HOW:
* Players participating in the All-Star game please arrive an hour before game time in order to allow the main coach to distribute jerseys, set lineups etc.
* Remaining players please sign-up for your top 3 skills competition choices (in order of preference) by filling out the registration form, available
here.
* Please have your player make their selection(s) no later than Friday, February 25, 2022 11:59pm. Players that don't sign up will be assumed not to be participating.
Please sign-up (once only) as soon as you can and hope everyone is looking forward to a super fun evening!
